Our construction division is formed as a civil contractor with construction, mounting and earthmoving departments, including a fully equipped division that supplies mechanized construction.
With in-house and outsourced design services, our project management department is executing Construction, Design & Build, as well as EPC projects, in accordance with international standards and practices, and in compliance with local regulations.

Manufacturing and delivering quality concrete is our specialty. We have acquired a considerable experience in
concrete manufacturing for the specific needs of industrial, road, and port projects. Our company manufactures high quality concrete for all kinds of different building structures.
Furthermore, we offer to develop a concrete composition tailored to any project design. We design, manufacture and assemble different prefabricated concrete structures. Manufacture of ready-mixed concrete is carried out at three concrete plants, located in Poti, Anaklia, and Zugdidi. Mobile concrete batching plants are available for remote sites or for project specific needs.
For production of concrete, we use aggregates from our own quarries, which are crushed, calibrated, and washed according to the standards. Use of different types of cement, chemicals, metal and synthetic fiber gives us the possibility to offer our clients different types of ready-mix concrete according to EN 206-1 European standards.
In–house, we have a fully equipped and certified laboratory for testing of concrete and aggregates. Our team of professional experts not only monitors compliance with quality on a daily basis, but also works to develop different mix designs for specific needs.
WE CONDUCT OUR BUSINESS IN A SAFE MANNER
Since our first day, we are constantly developing our internal Health and Safety system. Today, we have a Health, Safety, and Environmental Department which develops, implements and controls our HSE procedures for each operation and for each project.
Currently, our HSE procedures and practices are under audit for compliance with OHSAS 18001.

Prime Concrete maintains the highest quality standards and strictly observes agreed deadlines. Our integrated production and project management system is according to ISO 9001-2008, which is certified by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Prime Concrete is committed to maintain transparent and open accountability for its shareholders, employees, and clients. We have implemented a modern ERP system. The company’s financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and audited by BDO.
MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES
A team of professionals, who have modern education and more than 15 years of industry experience, manages the company. Most of the top and middle management, and the engineering staff, are fluent in English.
Currently we have 79 full time employees and more than 150 project based skilled laborers. It is our priority to ensure the career development and professional growth of our employees. Towards that goal, we have provided several training sessions and planned additional activities in this direction. For example, we have trained our eight Managers in Project Management, provided three training sessions for our HSE managers, and financed their NEBOSH studies in 2017.
We are permanently providing on-site trainings for our skilled labor. Due to our fast growth, we found it necessary to transform our organizational structure and make our work flow more effective. Last year, we introduced several positions and strengthened some departments.
