At Prime Concrete, we focus a lot of time and effort on the interaction between the engineers, technicians, and executive staff. Part of this is the PrimeAcademy, a platform through which workshops and training sessions are organised, and where experiences can be shared.

The Executive & Strategic Committee focuses on the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives and oversees the business activities and performance as well as the risk management, internal control, and organisation development, as implemented by the Chief Executive Officer and the senior leadership.
