During this project we had in average 120 workers on site with next records:
• 146 803 hours worked without recordable Incident
• 536 661 km driven without recordable Road Traffic Accident
• 1272 Training hours

ICT is the largest inland and most modern inland container terminal in Georgia, located in Poti. Expansion on more than 100 000 m2 on brown filed was in our scope.

Scope of works:
• Weak soil replacement, ground raising and stabilization – more than 45 000m3
• Installation of underground electrical cabling – more than 13 km
• We designed and installed 47 unit of precast concrete draw pit. More than 30 000 m2 were de-watered in order to make installation in dry area
• We provided and installed 8 unit of high wastage transformers for power supply of ref containers
• We delivered and installed 3 units of 45 m and 3 units of 30 m height lighting masts. Prime Concrete provided and placed 42 units of (0.4 x0.4 x 12 m) precast concrete piles
• We provided and built more than 2.5 km of drainage pipe system and constructed in situ concrete outfall to
let drain water to the sea
• We provided and paved more than 14 000 m3 of cement bound material and more than 45 000 m3 of steel
fiber reinforced concrete. Together with Arcelor fibers, we designed specific mix of concrete and reduced
required quantity of steel fibers from 40 kg to 30 kg and gave substantial economy to the Employer. Prime Concrete purchased and delivered more than 1 800 ton of steel fiber for this project.

Other installation:
• Gate and fence – we delivered and installed more than 3 km of perimeter fence
• Gate canopy and office – Prime Concrete designed and installed 800 m2 of gate steel canopy and equipped
with lighting and CCTV
