Poti Apartments is our first design & built project in residential construction. In 12 months construction time we delivered turn-key building including final finishing and equipping with furniture of all apartments.
The Poti Aparments comprises 22 apartments in spaces ranging from 50 m² to 32 m², including a high-class penthouse and a retail unit at ground floor level fronting on to Gorgasali street.
The unique structure of Poti apartments is the perfect example of how form and function complement each other to accommodate all the necessities of modern living, while ensuring the efficient use of space.
